17 juillet 2021I got a trainer about 2 days ago and have been practicing for a few hours overall. However, I’ve only managed to get a basic opening down so far, and even then it looks a lot less cool than the ones on the YouTube video despite doing the same movements. Any advice on how to get better beyond practice?
