So I am new to flipping balisongs, and I have 3d printed a couple of them. my main issue is the tolerances are super lose and the pivots are weak as fuck. So I am re-designing them to contain metal pivots, axles etc. But I sorta don’t want to buy this stuff off amazon, so what if I 3d printed the axles? My previous designs were just 2 semicircles on each side of the handle that gets press fitted inside some holes at the bottom of the blade. Material is PLA. If 3d printed axles and bushings are a bad idea, can someone give me an amazon link to some flat screws axles and bolts that show the measurements? I can toy with the size of the balisong so if the screws would fit a normal balisong of any sort I will make it fit.

Thanks!
